ABOUT // ME
Hi, I’m Justin Joshua. I am currently Global Creative Specialist/Lead at LEGO HQ in Billund, Denmark. Since I joined LEGO in 2019, I have worked on everything from Brand campaigns, to Adult repositioning and relevance campaigns to incredible IP partnerships the likes of Disney, Universal Studios, Netflix and more. Our break through work has positioned LEGO as the number one most loved brand in the world year on year, named AdAge’s top 5 best campaigns of the year for the 'Adults Welcome' campaign.
Before LEGO, I worked across the globe in advertising agencies. My last role was at BBDO Berlin where I was Global Creative Director over the Daimler Smart account, before that DDB Spain, Mullen Lowe Bangkok, Y&R Cape Town and Joe Public Cape Town. I have been lucky to work on great brands and with incredible people from Unilever in South East Asia, to Nandos, MIni and Land Rover South Africa, Carlsberg in Germany and LEGO in Denmark. Picking up every major industry award including Cannes Lions, D&AD, One Show, LIA, NYF, Eurobest, ADC, and more. I have also been fortunate to judge on several awards panels, from ADC Germany, New York Festivals, Dubai Lynx, MENA Digital awards, Bestadsontv, and am currently a 2025 LIAsons coach. I’ve mentored at Miami Ad School Hamburg, Red & Yellow Cape Town and Norlys in Norway.
Aside from that, I am just really passionate about great ideas, storytelling, craft and seeing work that is of value in the world. I truely believe in the power of collaboration, I love nurturing young talent and growing a team and theres no better feeling than seeing your ideas come to life and people laughing, or lives changing because you created something good.
